1. Free plan
The Free plan has no subscription charge. Usage remains subject to the limits stated on the pricing page and in the Terms of Use.
2. Paid subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until canceled. Enterprise billing is governed by the applicable order form.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel before the next renewal through billing settings or by emailing billing@dmbot.co. Cancellation stops future renewal and ordinarily remains effective through the end of the current paid period.
4. General refund rule
Except where required by law or expressly stated in an Enterprise order form, subscription charges are non-refundable once processed. This includes unused time, unused message allowance, account suspension for a violation, dissatisfaction caused by an Instagram or Meta platform change, or a decision not to use the Service.
DmBot provides a Free plan so users can evaluate the core product before purchasing Pro.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
Contact us promptly if you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or incorrect. We will investigate verified billing errors and issue a correction or refund when appropriate. We may request account, invoice, and payment details needed to verify the request.
6. Legally required refunds
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory cancellation or refund right under applicable consumer law. Where such law applies, it controls.
7. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing time is controlled by Stripe, your bank, or another payment provider and may vary.
8. Enterprise plans
Enterprise cancellation, service credits, refunds, minimum commitments, and termination rights are governed by the signed order form or master agreement.

Email billing@dmbot.co with your account email, invoice date, charge amount, and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers or security codes.
